Health Requirements
New Clients
Proof of valid vaccinations and a negative fecal test are required for all new dogs (for both Board & Train and regular boarding).
Vaccinations and fecal test must be completed within 2 weeks to 30 days before the first day of service.
Why this matters: These requirements help prevent the spread of disease and parasites, keeping our facility safe, healthy, and comfortable for every dog. Maintaining these standards protects all pets in our care.
Current Clients
Returning dogs must maintain up-to-date, unexpired vaccinations and a negative fecal test. These are considered valid for up to 4 months from your last stay, as long as your dog has not visited another boarding or daycare facility in the meantime.
If your dog has visited another facility since their last stay with us, a new negative fecal test and updated vaccination records are required before returning within 2 weeks or 30 days of their start date.
This policy helps us minimize the risk of contagious illness and ensures the safety of all our canine guests.

Dog Training Services
Refunds, Rescheduling, Waitlist & Payment Plans
ALL DOG TRAINING SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full payment is required in advance of your first session. Payment plan options are available and must be set up prior to the start of your training program.
Each training package allows for one session to be rescheduled in cases of emergency or inclement weather. No further reschedules, refunds, or credits will be issued.
If you cancel your training package, your spot will be given to the next client on our waitlist and you forfeit all remaining training sessions. Packages are booked in advance and this policy supports the non-refundable nature of the service.
Please refer to your training service contract for further details when booking and our intake call.
Time Slot Scheduling (All Services)
Drop-off and pick-up occur by scheduled time slots only. When you book, you’ll receive a specific time window for your appointment. This system helps us provide individualized care and attention for every dog. If you have any questions about these policies or your scheduled time, please review your service contract or reach out prior to your appointment.
New Client Procedures
Initial Contact
Start by filling out our contact form or calling us directly.
We respond promptly to set up an intake call.
Intake Call
During this call, we gather important information and lay the groundwork for your experience with us:
Dog History:
We ask about your dog’s background—age, breed, health, behavior, routines, previous training, and your goals or concerns. This helps us get to know your dog as an individual and make sure our services are truly a match for your needs.
Our Process & Methods:
We explain how our programs work, the philosophies and training methods we use, and what you can expect throughout your time with us.
Scheduling the Intake/Consultation:
If we’re the right fit, we’ll book your free behavioral evaluation, training consult, or meet & greet, so we can meet your dog in person and further assess how we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will refer you to a list of trainers specializing in the specific training you would need for you and your dog!
Client Portal Setup:
We help you get set up in our client portal, where you’ll manage bookings, upload vaccination records, communicate with us, and access important documents.
Contract Review: We’ll review our service agreement and policies, so you understand expectations, requirements, and what’s included.
Why We Do This:
This step-by-step intake process ensures we can provide the best possible care and training for your dog. Taking time to learn your dog’s history and your goals helps us tailor recommendations, ensure safety, and set everyone up for success. It also gives you a chance to get comfortable with our approach and ask any questions before making any commitments. This way, everyone starts off on the same page and with confidence.
